Job summary

A leading beauty company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an eDM and visual merchandising role. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful design and execution of promotional materials while maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Design and proficiency in Adobe products. This role is full-time with a 6-month commitment and offers a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This role will support, design, and execute eDM and visual merchandising (VM) requirements for all stores in Singapore. It involves collaborating with the TM, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure timely eDM design and launch, while identifying and addressing any issues that may arise against brand guidelines and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the TM team on VM launch schedules & eDM
• Develop strategic eDM Design to effectively showcase promotions.
• Propose and recommend eye-catching product displays at retail stores to highlight the product's strength and promote the image of the brand through posters, shelf strips, wobblers and others and execution in-stores
• Manage external suppliers & vendors to ensure setup is done according to brand guidelines
• Monitoring competitors’ activities in the perspective of VM.

Job Requirement:

• Possess/Obtaining Diploma in Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design and/or editing programs
• A can-do attitude with a tenacious spirit
• Resourceful, Creative and Detailed-oriented.
• Passion in beauty industry

*Commitment Period: 6 Months

*Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM) with 1 day WFH
