Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative assets that support marketing campaigns, branding, and operational needs for the F&B business. This includes both digital and print materials that align with the brand identity and engage target audiences effectively. Preferably with a minimum of 5 years in F&B Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, including typography, colors, and logo usage.
- Support the creation and development of sub-brands or new concepts when needed.
Marketing Collaterals
- Posters, flyers, tent cards, menus, and table talkers
- Packaging design and labels
- Storefront visuals and window displays
- Banners and standees for events or in-store promotions
Digital Design
- Create digital assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Design web banners, email templates, digital ads, and motion graphics for campaigns.
- Work with the digital marketing team to ensure visuals are optimized for various platforms and devices.
Campaign & Promotion Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design campaign visuals (e.g. product launches, seasonal promotions, festive campaigns).
- Create visuals that effectively communicate marketing messages and call-to-actions.
- Adapt master visuals into multiple formats and sizes for different use cases.
Content Creation Support
- Assist in art direction for photo and video shoots when needed.
- Edit basic images or visual content for daily use (e.g., menu updates, product highlights).
- Work closely with photographers and videographers to ensure brand consistency in visual content.
Print Production & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare final artwork files for printing, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
- Liaise with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials and samples.
Internal & Operational Support
- Design internal materials such as signage, staff training guides, onboarding manuals, and internal communications.
- Assist outlet teams with layout/design requests that require brand alignment (e.g., local promotions).
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple design requests with varying timelines and priorities.
- Maintain organized folders and naming conventions for design files and assets.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
