A leading company in Singapore is seeking a graphic designer to craft original visual designs across various media, ensuring brand consistency and innovation. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and project management skills, collaborating with marketing teams to deliver dynamic campaigns. You will be responsible for managing design projects and staying updated with design trends, contributing significantly to the company's branding efforts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Creativity:
- Conceptualise and create visual designs based on project requirements, client briefs, or company guidelines.
- Develop original graphics and layouts for various materials such as advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website content.
- Revise designs as per feedback and ensure final graphics meet branding standards.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across different marketing channels.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Communicate design ideas and collaborate during brainstorming sessions for new projects.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Liaise with external vendors, such as printers or production houses, when necessary.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve visual content and brand engagement.
File Maintenance:
- Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, and completed projects for future use and reference in the company’s DS file server.
The employee may also be required to perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary, in line with the scope of the role.
