Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life through visual design for events, exhibitions, festive decorations, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects with care and efficiency in a fast-moving creative environment.

Responsibilities

Creative Concept & Visual Design

  • Assist in developing design concepts and layout mock-ups for events, exhibitions, and festive installations.
  • Design marketing and branding collaterals such as backdrops, bunting flags, signage, large-format prints, and other event materials.
  • Contribute to advertising visuals for both print and digital campaigns.

Project & Production Support

  • Prepare accurate mock-ups, 3D references (optional), and final artwork files for print, fabrication, or installation.
  • Ensure all designs meet technical and production specifications, including correct bleed, resolution, and format.
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external vendors on artwork requirements and formats for fabrication, and ensure accurate execution of design work on-site.

Execution & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure designs are aligned with the brand’s identity and campaign objectives.
  • Adapt key visuals into various sizes and formats for different media and platforms.
  • Provide support in ensuring designs are suitable for real-world applications, such as stage backdrops, wall graphics, and hanging décor.
  • Provide support in preparing visuals for presentations, client previews, and on-site mockups.

Workflow & Communication

  • Maintain clear documentation and organized working files.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond quickly to feedback or revisions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and production team to meet deadlines and expectations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in design, preferably in events, exhibitions, festive décor, or advertising.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or 3D software is a bonus.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, composition, and color.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into impactful visuals.
  • Familiar with print production requirements and large-format artwork preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work under tight timelines and manage multiple design tasks.
