Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced Content Design team within our dynamic marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing brand and tactical materials that enhance product visibility and support impactful marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to create engaging digital experiences, develop digital marketing collateral, and ensure brand consistency across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Design: Grasp the brand's vision and requirements to create designs that elevate product visibility and promotional effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Conceptualization: Partner with marketing and design teams to conceptualize, deliver, and refine digital experiences and creative solutions for campaigns.
  • Creative Input: Engage in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and fresh designs for all marketing materials.
  • Campaign Design Execution: Apply creative direction tailored to individual campaign needs, ensuring each design aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Assets Creation: Develop and produce a variety of digital marketing materials, including advertisements for digital platforms, social media content, website assets, and email marketing templates
  • Artwork Amendments & Revisions: Review and implement necessary amendments, and ensure final layouts meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Asset Adaptation: Capable of modifying artwork to suit various D2C channels as needed.
  • Independent Design Creation: Exhibit the ability to independently produce effective layouts and cohesive imagery for marketing collateral.
  • Asset Management: Audit existing collateral, maintain an organized database of design assets, and ensure timely updates of creative resources.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns and content management for both external and internal websites and mobile applications.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Team and channel partners to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing communications, and collateral.
  • Design Asset Management: Organize and maintain the design asset repository for easy access to all creative assets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or branding role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, including experience with brand development, marketing materials, and digital content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or similar design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices for web and social media content.
  • Familiarity with asset management and organization techniques for large-scale design projects.
