Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting various marketing and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and creative works for all the Company’s business units including marketing collaterals such as menu, flyers, banners, EDMs, posters, and membership card etc.
• Ensure assigned design works are submitted in accordance with schedule and meet the required specifications and design criteria.
• Support in video or photographing of company products/services and promotion activities.
• Liaise with printing/production suppliers and vendors to obtain relevant quotations and ensure compliance with production specifications, quality control and installation.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns/promotions when required.
• Updating social media accounts.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and MS Office
• Preferably Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Merchandising or in equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess a keen eye for aesthetics, a creative mind, and knowledge of design trends.
• Excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• An effective team player with good communication skills and able to work well with internal/external stakeholders.
• Independent, creative, meticulous, organized, consistent in meeting deadlines and able to multi-task.
