A leading education institution in Singapore seeks a Multimedia Designer who can conceptualize, produce, and direct engaging marketing content across various media. This role requires creativity, strong technical skills in videography and photography, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Ideal candidates will have a degree/diploma in a related field and must be Singaporean or permanent residents, ready to contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
Job purpose:
A storyteller – strong conceptual thinker with good knowledge of storyboarding, videography and photography.
Enthusiastic, passionate, creative, bold, meticulous and willing to challenge status quo, with fresh ideas.
Good understanding of business and marketing, as well as the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling and comprehensive content.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Ensure that brand consistency anddesign specifications areconsistent with the corporate guidelines for ATL and BTL communications and strategic direction.
Conceptualizes and creates storyboard for interactive marketing videos which may incorporate sound, full-motion graphic, text and/ or graphics.
Provide creative direction and coverage of College events (photo-taking and video filming).
Execute the design production for the College’s marketing materials i.e. graphics design, collateral production, photoshoots, videos, direct mailers, advertisements etc, for print and web-media.
Work closely with departments to provide creative assistance in branding or marketing efforts.
Handle the development of the design through to production that meets goals and timelines.
Handle the development of the creative content and design through to production that meets goals and timelines.
Communicates effectively with strategic partners, vendors and stakeholders.
Undertake any other ad hoc design work as assigned.
Requirements:
Position available only for Singapore permanent residents &/ Singaporeans.
Degree/Diploma in Motion Graphic, Film, Multimedia or related discipline with one (1) or two (2) years of related working experience.
Experience in handling videos and DSLR cameras, lights and sound equipment.
Familiar with digital technology and editing software including Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effect, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, MS Office in Mac.
Highly creative with a good eye for details and ability to work independently.
Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Well-organized, strong sense of urgency and good time management skills.
