Job summary

The Plattering Co Pte. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will shape our creative output by collaborating with marketing, events and culinary teams to craft visuals for digital and physical formats.

You will design packaging, backdrops, labels, signages and event collaterals while contributing to menus, corporate decks and social media visuals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong typography sense and eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven graphic design, videography, and photography experience with a strong portfolio across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing to create visual content for digital and print media aligned with brand identity.
• Design print materials such as packaging, backdrops, labels, signage and event collaterals.
• Develop graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites and other platforms.
• Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas and design solutions.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers for design materials, props and production needs.
• Support styling team in planning installations, mock‑ups and physical setups for events.
• Plan, organize, and shoot high-quality photos and videos for campaigns and onsite events; coordinate with event teams.
• Postproduction and editing of photography and videography.
• Maintain multimedia assets with organized repository for future use.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

The Plattering Co is known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups.

We are seeking a passionate and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative output, working closely with the marketing, event, and culinary teams to bring our unique food offerings to life in both digital and physical formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for digital and print media that aligns with our brand identity.
• Design print materials such as packaging, backdrops, printed labels, signages and any other collaterals or mockups required for events.
• Assist in the development of graphics, layouts and visuals for marketing materials (e.g. menu catalogues, corporate deck), social media, websites, and other platforms as required.
• Support the team in brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas and design solutions.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with suppliers for design materials, props and production needs.
• Support the styling team in planning and creation of installations, including mock‑ups, designing of installations/backdrops and physical setups for events or displays.
• Plan, organize, and shoot high-quality photos and videos for campaigns and onsite events, while coordinating with event teams to capture key moments that align with branding and messaging.
• Postproduction and editing of all photography and videography
• Maintain and manage all multimedia and creative assets, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval for future use.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in graphic design, videography, and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across both digital and print media (please include a link or attach samples).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of photography and videography equipment, including lighting and camera operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
