Job summary

The British Club in Singapore is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft marketing collateral such as posters, menus, EDMs, banners and promotional materials, ensuring all work aligns with the Club’s branding.

You will design visuals for social media, website and digital campaigns, and support events, promotions and membership drives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communications with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, events or membership marketing is advantageous.
• Proficient in design and able to meet deadlines.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collaterals, including posters, flyers, EDMs, banners, menus and promotional materials
• Create engaging visuals and content for social media, website and digital marketing platforms.
• Support the Marketing & Communications team in developing creative concepts for club events, promotions and membership campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the Club's brand identity and visual standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Manage artwork preparation, printing coordination and production of marketing materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field with at least 1 year relevant experience. Experience in hospitality, F&B, events or membership marketing will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe photoshop, illustrator. Knowledge of Capcut or similar video editing software is an advantage
• Experience in digital design and social media content creation.
• Creative, organized and able to manage multiple projects, work with different departments and meet deadlines.
• Good sense of visual design and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
