Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing is a heritage wellness brand undergoing an exciting transformation. We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring fresh visual storytelling to life across digital, retail, and cross-border platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, branding, and wellness, who can translate ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with both local and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute creative assets across key touchpoints, including social media, e-commerce (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tmall Global), print, POSM, and packaging.
2. Adapt product visuals and layouts for regional campaigns and multilingual audiences.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize visuals that align with campaign goals.
4. Maintain brand consistency while continuously innovating on look and feel.
5. Edit basic videos and motion graphics for digital channels.
6. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CapCut, InShot, Canva; knowledge in Premiere Pro and AfterEffects is a plus.
3. At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in FMCG, wellness, or e-commerce industry.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing layout design, digital creatives, and branding assets.
5. Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking internal stakeholders and partners.
6. Strong aesthetic sense and ability to deliver brand-consistent work under tight timelines.
7. Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
