Job Summary: Driving Brand Visuals for International Markets

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Packaging & Graphic) to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on executing high-quality food packaging and graphic design projects while coordinating with various departments, including our China headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG sector and a strong grasp of packaging design workflows, from concept to final production.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of graphic design projects, including the creation and execution of food packaging designs, product graphics, leaflets, catalogues, merchandising displays, point-of-purchase materials, and other ad-hoc design tasks as required.

• Manage artwork documents meticulously, ensuring accurate version control and maintaining an organized file system.

• Translate business and regulatory design requirements into tangible design solutions.

• Create and adjust product packaging layouts and label sticker drafts.

• Plan and prioritize product packaging design and adjustments proactively.

• Organize and maintain all packaging design files and related documentation.

• Support the business team by creating compelling Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) designs.

• Collaborate with the China headquarters on artwork approvals and resolve print production issues.

• Support design needs for marketing POSM (Point of Sales Materials).

Requirement:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant design experience. Prior experience in product packaging design is essential, and experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), particularly the Food & Beverage industry, is highly preferred.

• Demonstrable creativity with a strong graphic design sensibility and keen eye for visual aesthetics.

• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills, and a high level of responsibility.

• Solid foundational knowledge of design principles and practices.

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
