Job summary

JAPAN IPL EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Graphic Design Intern for a minimum of 3–6 months to support daily design tasks and campaign visuals.

You will adapt key visuals for digital ads, print media, and various web/social formats, and help manage deliverables to meet project deadlines.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, with knowledge of basic animation preferred; join a collaborative team and pitch concepts in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the department on day-to-day responsibilities
• Adapt campaign key visual to different platforms, such as: digital advertisements, print mediums and different formats for web + social media platforms
• Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in line with project schedule and deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, preferably with knowledge in basic animation skills
• Participate in team meetings to pitch concepts and ideas when necessary
• Assist in any other design needs required or ad hoc duties as assigned
