Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design and Photo/Video Assistant to join our team. You will play a supporting role in our design efforts and enhancing the visual image of our school.

Key Accountabilities

Design

• Assist Graphic Designer & Videographer to fulfil requests submitted through the Request Portal.
• Requests include:
• Designing promotional materials such as school-related events posters, t-shirts, etc.
• Assist in the layout of booklets and brochures
• Assist in capturing photographs or videos of school events such as recitals, annual events, school assemblies and other adhoc events.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the design/photo/video repository.
• Assist videographer in setting up camera and lights for shoots.
• Assist in capturing photographs or videos of school events such as recitals, annual events, and school assemblies.
• Design promotional materials for school-related events, such as posters, flyers, etc.
• Assist in the layout of booklets and brochures to ensure professional and visually appealing designs.

Knowledge and Experience

• A passion for graphic design, videography and photography.
• Basic proficiency in design and photo/video software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• A portfolio of previous design work or projects that demonstrates your skills and creativity
