We are looking for a multi-talented Graphic Designer who brings together a sharp eye for visual storytelling, strong branding instincts, and a passion for transforming spaces through design. This is a unique hybrid role that blends marketing communications, digital design, and Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) for interior projects.

You will play a key role in creating compelling visual materials across both print and digital platforms, as well as a focus on developing environmental graphic design (EGD) for interior design projects. You’ll also contribute to marketing campaigns, support internal and external communications, and manage social media content to ensure profiling of our brand that is aligned with our company culture and values.

Key Relationships:

• Reports directly to Senior Graphic Designer
• Supports studio Leadership including CEO, studio Managing Directors & Engagement Director

Important Traits:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing & Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a graphic design or marketing/design hybrid role.
• Experience in the interior design, architecture, or creative industries is a bonus
• Fluency in English oral and written with excellent writing skills
• Experience with developing a social media calendar and copywriting
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident self-starter and team player
• Proven record in being able to organize, plan and prioritize and manage own time

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Collaborate with graphic and interior design teams to conceptualise and produce environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, and spatial storytelling elements that integrate with the design of physical interior environments.
• Create visual assets for project pitches, including diagrams and infographics, high level EGD concepts and motion graphics
• Design and develop branded materials for both internal and client-facing use, including presentations, capability statements, proposals, and reports ensuring design consistency across brand applications, channels and touchpoints.

Marketing & Communications

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and update marketing collateral and branded templates, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.
• Support written content development for project case studies, people updates, newsletters, and web copy in collaboration with the Leadership team.
• Coordinate internal communication materials and announcements as needed.
• Ensure content reflects the company’s tone of voice and aligns with visual branding.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Manage and create content for the company’s social media channels, including graphics, captions, reels/stories, and scheduling.
• Ensure content reflects the company’s tone of voice and aligns with visual branding.
• Support email marketing campaigns, website updates, and other digital outreach efforts.
