A leading hospital in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented Project Support staff for the ENTenna project, focusing on grant management. The role involves supporting financial processes, ensuring compliance, and liaising with funding agencies to promote impactful healthcare projects. Candidates should possess relevant degrees and strong organizational skills, coupled with a track record in grant management or fundraising.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Project ENTenna (a multi-cluster National AI project) in grant management, from claims and procurement to post-award compliance and reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the grant funding that supports impactful projects in healthcare, research, and related fields.
Key Responsibilities
Support procurement and the relevant claims processes
Monitor awarded grants to ensure compliance with funder requirements and internal policies.
Track project milestones, financial expenditures, and deliverables.
Prepare and submit timely financial and narrative reports to funders.
Serve as the primary liaison with funding agencies and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and support audits, evaluations, and renewal processes.
Coordinate and support the development and submission of future grant proposals, including budget preparation and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
Prior experience in grant writing, management, or fundraising is preferred.
Strong understanding of grant funding processes, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing grants from government, foundation, or institutional funders (e.g., MOH, NIH, NMRC).
Familiarity with healthcare, research, or nonprofit sectors.
Understanding of Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem or public funding frameworks.
