An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage graduation ceremonies and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of graduation events, manage the registration counter, and ensure all correspondence is handled with care. Responsibilities
Graduation Ceremony Management: to oversee, plan and execute the graduation ceremony
Management of Graduation Registration Counter - issuance of admission cards, guest tickets and collection of payment etc, daily settlement.
Preparation of items required for graduation ceremony usage
Status monitoring of graduation gown collection / return
Ensure that all incoming correspondence including emails and phone calls are answered and met with exceptional level of customer service
Deliver exceptional customer service with passion
Requirements
Experience in customer service preferred. Training will be provided
Responsible and have an eye for details
At least Diploma/Degree level
Outgoing disposition, with good attitude and commitment
Good interpersonal communication skills, effective at all levels
Working Hours: 10am to 8pm, Tuesday to Sunday (5 days only)
2 meals are provided
