What’s in it for me?

What you will get?
A 12-month training contract including learning about and working in the central aspects of our business - Public Relations, Public Affairs, Digital Strategy and Intelligence. You will be based in one of our European or Asian offices and work virtually with our international teams.

At the end of your contract you will be given the opportunity to be hired on as a full-time Associate. Then, working with our HR team, a clear career path will be mapped for you to take you on to Senior Associate level and beyond.

About The Role
An Exceptional Training Programme
Learn and grow in your chosen field in a fast-paced multinational environment. You will gain real experience and insight into an international agency across PR, Public Affairs, Digital Strategy, Intelligence and Technology.

This programme sees trainees rotate across our European or Asian offices, specialities and business units culminating in the opportunity to become a full-time employee and develop your career with us over a number of years.

Our graduate programme also includes a specialist technology track focused on software development, data and AI.

About You
What you need?
Are you a recent graduate, or school leaver with 3+ years of relevant experience, and possess the following qualities:

• Strong written and research skills
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
• A genuine interest in current affairs and business, with an eye for evolving political agendas
• A digital-native with social media experience desirable
• Positive attitude and attention to detail are essential
• An inquisitive and curious mind
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• A second language is a welcome bonus
• For the specialist technology track: technology-focused degree or equivalent experience
