Job summary

NEXCORE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Graduate Trainee in Corporate Services. The role involves structured training and hands-on exposure to corporate secretarial and compliance matters. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include assisting in company incorporation, preparing corporate documents, and maintaining accurate client records. A diploma or degree in relevant fields is required. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will be considered.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in company incorporation and post-incorporation matters.
• Support preparation and filing of corporate secretarial documents.
• Assist with KYC / AML documentation and client due diligence checks.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for bank account opening.
• Maintain accurate client records and statutory registers.
• Support the team in day-to-day corporate compliance tasks.
