Toll/ST Logistics Graduate Program
The Graduate Trainee (Logistics and Supply Chain) is to learn about ST Logistics’ business operations and to prepare and develop themselves for a career at ST Logistics.
Graduates will undergo a structured 2-year cross-functional rotation program (6 months per rotation) to gain comprehensive exposure to key supply chain and logistics functions such as procurement, warehouse operations, distribution, and freight management.
They will undertake a range of responsibilities to gain exposure and experience in various aspects of supply chain operations and core processes such as supply and demand planning and inventory management. They will work alongside an assigned mentor for hands-on training.
Graduates are expected to collaborate with team members and take on assigned projects to implement solutions where applicable.
The role requires analytical and logical skills to explore solutions and analyze the feasibility of plans. They will also coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and participate in projects among other activities.
Graduates will be expected to perform business-as-usual activities related to their placement roles and any other duties assigned by management.
