Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• Strong knowledge in red team operations, infrastructure security, MITRE, TTPs.
• Adversarial mindset and ability to emulate real-world attackers.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Propose, plan, and execute Red Team Operations to test security against realistic threats.
• Maintain deep understanding of ByteDance Enterprise Products and potential abuses.
• Conduct security exercises emulating real-world threats and relevant TTPs.
• Translate requirements into test plans and write/execute scripts to assess vulnerabilities.
• Certify infrastructure components, systems, and apps meeting security standards.
• Write detailed reports with observations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with defense/product teams to propose security enhancements.
