Job summary

BYTEDANCE PTE. LTD. invites recent graduates to join Data AML, ByteDance’s machine learning platform supporting recommendation/advertising, CV, speech, and NLP tasks for TikTok, Douyin and others.

You will work on distributed deployment, training/inference tasks, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. Successful candidates should be able to commit to onboarding by end of 2027, with opportunities to pursue bold ideas and impactful breakthroughs in a rapidly growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computing or related field.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Go/Python preferred) in Linux; good coding practices.
• Familiar with distributed system principles and open-source distributed scheduling frameworks.
• Strong sense of responsibility with good learning, communication and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Distributed orchestration & scheduling for services/model training and inference tasks.
• Optimize resource allocation and global coordination across CPU/GPU/hardware.
• Contribute to training-related requirements and framework efficiency.
• Support offline-to-online synchronization and data consistency for timely model updates.
