Eligibility

1. Minimum diploma/degree holder/A levels' with Credits
2. Less than 2 years working experience
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Outstanding CCA record, demonstrating leadership qualities (bonus)

You will experience 4 rotations across various business functions:

1. Marketing & (social) Media & Events management
2. Business Development & Sales - Acquire skills in building a Business Network
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Acquire Recruitment & Skills in Headhunting
4. Management & Entrepreneurship - Be trained & coached for leadership & business structure

Selected candidates can choose their specialisation from 6 months (post probation period).
