Job summary

HSBC Global Investment Research invites graduates to join a 18-month programme within Corporate and Institutional Banking in Singapore. From July 2027, you’ll dive into equity or macro research, preparing detailed reports and investment ideas across regions.

You’ll sharpen analytical skills, evaluate company performance and risks, and present insights to clients and internal teams. Global induction and tailored training accompany mentorship throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
• Recent graduate with <2 years of full-time work or will graduate by July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work across markets and regions to create detailed reports and trade ideas.
• Develop analytical skills by breaking down complex data and trends.
• Assess company performance and explain data implications.
• Present findings in client meetings and internal updates.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Economists to support learning.
