What You’ll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day operational tasks related to user quality management, including data tracking and reporting of key user metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams (data, product, and risk control) to help optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform periodic reviews of business operations and user strategies.
• Conduct research on industry trends and market dynamics to support risk control strategies.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Python is a plus).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
