Graduate Engineer Trainee - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Job Description

Job Summary: This position will implement PLM activities of Enovia program for the global isolation business. It involves using technical expertise to develop design and develop macros/tools necessary for standardizing CAD data and migration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively participate in requirement gathering and solution development discussions.
  2. Design and develop macros/tools for standardizing CAD data and migration.
  3. Follow and promote standard procedures and suggest improvements.
  4. Demonstrate engineering execution excellence through detailed approaches, data-driven decisions, project metrics (lead time, FPY, cost, etc.), continuous improvement, and innovation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from reputed institutes.
  • Strong technical skills in CAD tools and programming for PLM.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and influencing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Enovia PLM.
  • Basic knowledge of migrations (ETL framework).
  • Willingness to travel globally as required.
