A dynamic engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Graduate Engineer to participate in the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various projects. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is essential.
  • Proficient in both Korean and English to facilitate effective communication.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure and MEP systems integration.

Responsibilities

  • Review design drawings and documentation from a commissioning perspective.
  • Attend and witness Testing and Commissioning activities during the construction phase.
  • Assist with commissioning progress reports and Integrated Systems Testing plans.

Skills

Knowledge of buildings construction projects

Bilingual in Korean and English

Job Overview

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our Singapore team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary technical skills and expertise to ensure the flawless commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various construction projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and documents from a commissioning perspective

• Witness and report on Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) locally and internationally

• Inspect and report on construction installation quality

• Attend and witness Testing and Commissioning activities during construction phase on site

• Attend and contribute to commissioning and technical meetings with Client and Contractors

• Assist with development of Integrated Systems Testing (IST) plans and scripts

• Participate in IST on site

• Assist with weekly and monthly reports on commissioning progress

• Review vendors O&M Manuals and training plans

• Assist with new projects in Korea

• Build an understanding of the commissioning process and mechanical systems' integration

• Work directly with multi-discipline Vendors, SMEs and consultants

• Manage own time and works between the office and the project site

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

• Knowledge of buildings construction projects and mechanical systems within the construction

• Familiarity with data centers infrastructure and ensuring the proper integration of MEP systems

• Proficient in both Korean and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
