Job summary

TikTok Singapore is seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer Graduate to join the Data Platform, Local Services team for a 2027 start. You will translate business needs into batch and real-time data warehouse solutions and work with cross-functional teams to define metrics and data products.

You will lead ETL development, data modeling, and delivery of data products that enable business analysis and growth, while participating in system rollouts and applying data mining techniques to extract insights.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
• Strong SQL knowledge and database concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Python, or Golang).

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and end-to-end solution designs into technical implementations for batch and real-time data warehouses.
• Lead data modeling design and develop, maintain, and optimize ETL jobs.
• Collaborate with business teams to define and build data metrics from the data warehouse.
• Build and maintain data products that support business analysis and decision-making.
• Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, implementations, and releases to streamline processes.
• Develop analytical techniques and data applications to transform raw data into insights using data-oriented languages and visualization tools.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, NLP, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large-scale datasets.
• Visualize, interpret, and communicate data findings via dashboards and reports.
