BRG is hiring a Graduate Associate in Singapore to contribute to live client projects across industries. You'll join a structured training program, apply theory to real questions, and develop analytical skills from day one.

No relocation barriers if eligible to work in Singapore, with opportunities to relocate or return as needed. From onboarding through advanced modelling, you’ll analyse datasets, build models and connect evidence to industry context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, completed or expected before joining.
• Experience solving business problems with data and evidence.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection and analysis on client datasets.
• Build economic/financial models to inform client decisions.
• Summarize insights and present clear client-ready findings.
• Support on live client projects across various industries.
• Engage with colleagues to learn from diverse disciplines and experiences.
