About the Role

The Graduate Programme offers fresh graduates an immersive experience in Corporate Finance within the dynamic telecom industry. You will be part of the Finance department, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end accounting, finance, FP&A, treasury, and taxation domains, helping you develop into a skilled finance professional. You will be coached and guided throughout your journey to ensure smooth learning and professional growth.

Main Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  1. Understanding the foundations of accounting, bookkeeping, audit coordination, internal controls, ERP, and P2P systems
  2. Practicing strict control environments in compliance with best practices, generally accepted accounting principles, and Telenor policies
  3. Supervising and ensuring monthly account closing activities in coordination with service providers and internal teams
  4. Handling large volumes of account reconciliations with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders efficiently
  5. Supporting the finance team by sharing responsibilities, improving workflows, and controlling core accounting treatments and disclosures
  6. Assisting in direct/indirect tax matters, recording, and reporting
  7. Preparing periodic reports for management presentation

  • University degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
