Job Description

We are looking for a Graduate Analyst to support the Program Management function based in Singapore.

The Program Management function is responsible for driving Pan-Asia strategic initiatives (AeJ) on a front-to-back basis across business, infrastructure, internal control and regulatory change verticals. In addition, the team provides leadership on initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence and implementing best practices regionally.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Management function in driving Pan-Asia strategic projects to ensure timely and efficient execution through the project lifecycle, including project initiation, budget planning and maintenance of project documents including implementation plan, status reports and document meeting minutes.
  • Manage communication with front to back stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing.
  • Exposure to front to back operations across business lines including Fixed Income, Equities and Financing.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes or infrastructure and propose action plan.
  • Willingness to take ownership of ad-hoc queries when required.

Role Prerequisites

  • Expected graduation date of December 2024 – July 2025 from a degree qualification. This position is expected to commence in June 2025.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Inquisitive and keen to learn about front to back functions supporting the corporate and investment banking businesses.
  • Able to multi-task whilst maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior internship experience in the Financial Industry a plus.
