GrabRentals (GR) is a core pillar of Grab’s Mobility business, with the primary objective of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply for Grab’s ridehailing marketplace. We strive to be a trustworthy partner that creates income opportunities for our driver-partners by sustainably providing them access to quality assets and innovative tech-driven / data-driven solutions.

Get to know the Team:

The GR team encompasses strategy, pricing & product design, sales, marketing, operations, and other functions. It collaborates closely with other Grab teams across business, operations, tech, and analytics. The sales team is the frontline of our GrabRentals drivers, comprising active and supportive team players passionate about customer experience and operations.

Get to know the Role:
  1. Develop and implement GrabRental’s customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on acquisition and retention.

  2. On acquisition:

    1. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion for new and existing hirers.

    2. Set weekly forecasts/targets and manage the sales team to achieve these targets, including hiring, training, and development.

    3. Optimize sales channels through a data-driven approach to improve conversion rates.

    4. Establish and grow new sales channels to support business growth and expansion.

  3. On retention:

    1. Manage the partner engagement team to ensure smooth daily operations, address hirer issues, and handle escalations.

    2. Review and optimize existing operational policies and processes to improve customer retention.

    3. Ensure a consistent experience across online and offline touchpoints.
