We are looking for a technician for our GQ (Global Quality) operations. As a Technician, you will be responsible for resource planning to ensure products (lots) are received at different stages of operation and processed within committed TAT / CT (Turn Around Time/Cycle Time).

Responsibilities and Tasks

• As Operation Planner Technician, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the activities for planning of reliability process.
• You will be managing planning activities ensuring on time completion of Electrical Testing of lots received, without any quality issues or errors.
• Responsible to ensure planning of movement of lots from one operation step to another step.
• You will work closely with other teams like Production to secure required testing tools to supporting reliability test.
• You will work closely with respective teams to ensure actions are carried out without much delay, in compliance to specs / procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct training/briefing for operation team on operation procedures or any other changes as communicated by supervisor.
• Assist in implementation of New Process and Process Changes to Operation.
• Responsible for KPI metrics associated with operational performance tracking.
• Responsible to ensure end to end reliability process execution including testing tools to meet operational requirements.
• Familiar with testing parameter requirement and ensure requested tools are able to support.
• Support engineering team to support Investigation for reliability process deviations.
• Ensure document integrity, uniqueness, and compliance with internal and external procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules.
• Support any other adhoc assignments by supervisor as and when required.

Requirement

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Electrical or Electronic or any Engineering field.
• 2 years working experience in related field is an added advantage.
• High level of cooperation with good communication skills.
• Stable and positive attitude, able to work under pressure.
• Creative, Flexible & Multi-tasking
• Willing to work in shift if required.
