Job summary

Singtel Digital InfraCo’s RE:AI division seeks an Operations Engineer to support the GPU-as-a-Service platform. You will assist in data centre operations, including hardware, electrical and cooling systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability for AI workloads.

The role involves on-site duties in Singapore, with opportunities to enhance expertise in advanced data centre technologies for AI and HPC environments within a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related discipline.
• Broad understanding of data centre electrical and mechanical infra, fire safety, BMS, maintenance.
• Experience maintaining data centre equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Data Centre Operations Management: handle escalations, perform hands-on ops for air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems, support security clearances and WS H compliance.
• Data Centre Facilities Management: monitor facilities, document ops and incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure SOPs/MOPs/ERPs.
• Contribute to safety, capacity planning, and timely monthly health reports.
