VOUCH RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Data Centre Operations Engineer to support the day-to-day operations and facilities of a GPU/AI data centre environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in mechanical/electrical/building services or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of mission-critical data centre infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, cooling and fire/safety systems.
• Experience supporting maintenance and operation of data centre electrical and/or mechanical infrastructure.
• Exposure to liquid cooling, high-density GPU infrastructure or AI/HPC environments is advantageous.
• Hands-on, independent, and able to collaborate with technical teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to operational incidents and escalate per severity, impact and SLA requirements.
• Perform hands-on activities with electrical, air-cooling and liquid-cooling systems.
• Monitor the health and operating conditions of GPU and data centre infrastructure.
• Conduct visual inspections of servers, CDUs and related equipment.
• Support server troubleshooting with remote engineering and technical teams.
• Coordinate access and security clearance for vendors and visitors.
• Ensure vendors comply with safety, security and data centre operating requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes for GPU-oriented environments.
