We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a GPB ASP Client Selection and Exit Management Associate.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  1. Enforce the GPB Client Selection and Exit Management (CSEM) and Reputational Risk and Client Selection Committee (RRCSC) governance frameworks, handling case escalations related to financial crime, reputational risks, and risk appetite concerns.
  2. Coordinate the RRCSC cases among local, regional, and global stakeholders and advise the front office on RRCSC escalations.
  3. Review and approve RRCSC submissions to ensure compliance with standards.
  4. Conduct RRCSC meetings following the Terms of Reference (TOR).
  5. Draft meeting minutes according to global guidance and monitor the completion of required actions.
  6. Achieve CSEM targets, including timely case decisions and execution.
  7. Facilitate case progression in the management system and assist with reviews and remediation exercises as needed.
  8. Handle reporting requirements and conduct trigger analyses to identify risk trends.
