Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a data management professional for a 12-month contract role based in Pulau Ubin and WFH. The position requires processing and cleansing incident data, as well as consolidating raw data. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, strong data processing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data processing and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Working Hours:3 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day

Salary:$ 22/hour

What you will be working on?
1. Process and cleanse incident data within the incident log.
2. Consolidate and process raw data for handover to the analysis team.
3. Support in making necessary changes to the incident form to meet operational needs.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data management or related field.
• Strong understanding of data processing and analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs such as Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Competency in using Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Charts.
