Salary: $3,400

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Description:

• Handle queries and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to improve workflows and processes.
• Manage daily operations like claims processing and system data updates.
• Maintain and update documents, reports, and records.
• Support system testing and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess a driving license either Class 2B or Class 3/3A
• At least a Diploma in any study
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Singaporean only
