Job Details

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week

Work Type: 1 year contract, start in August

Salary: Up to $2,800 per month

What you will be working on?

(A) Educational Programmes

  • Oversee and monitor the school booking system for Learning Journeys at the museum and keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc.
  • Co-ordinate weekday and weekend docent tours/virtual tours for school visits, regular or special requests.
  • Welcome school groups to the museums or virtually, and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum.
  • Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets.

(B) School Workshops, Programmes and Travelling Exhibitions

  • Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes.
  • Assist in the coordination and the running of the workshops or programmes – both onsite and online.

(C) Volunteer Management

  • Liaise with various groups on bookings of museum facilities for activities like training, gatherings, meetings etc.
  • Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all volunteer events.

What are we looking for?

  • Singaporean only
  • A diploma in Arts management, education, art, history or other relevant discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
