We are hiring a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to support a government-linked project. This role involves managing incoming enquiries via calls/emails/LiveChat, performing basic troubleshooting, and providing accurate, timely assistance to the public. Comprehensive training will be provided, and you will be equipped with internal systems to support your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to public enquiries through calls/emails/LiveChat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting using internal tools and guidelines
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all cases and follow-ups
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions

Working Hours: 5 days a week~ (Weekend WFH)

Option 1: Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 6:15pm

Option 2: Weekly Rotating Shift, Between Mon to Sun [8:45am – 6:15pm / 11:45am – 9:15pm]

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or relevant qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both shifts (if on rotating schedule)
  • Proficient in basic computer usage
  • Singaporean only
