Join our team and contribute to meaningful community support initiatives! We are looking for Temporary Community Care Staff to assist with operations at local Community Centres(CCs).

Salary: $2,580
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Assigned to nearest CC with vacancies
Working Schedule: 5 Days (As assigned by supervisor, including weekends/PH when necessary)
Working Hours: Scheduled based on CC operation hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Support CC operations related to government voucher schemes.
• Attend to residents at CC counters and assist with queries or applications.
• Perform house visits if required to support residents.
• Handle data entry and process appeal applications.
• Provide general administrative support beyond the voucher schemes.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma of any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Able to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills.
