Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week

Work Type: 5-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 2,800 per month

What you will be working on?

• Develop and implement media engagement, publicity, and digital marketing plans in collaboration with agencies to increase outreach and brand awareness.
• Manage both digital and non-digital media buys (e.g., social media, website, TV, radio, outdoor) and oversee creatives for collaterals, branding visuals, and publicity kits.
• Support end-to-end project management, including planning, resource coordination, vendor management, procurement, and delivery monitoring.
• Provide logistics and on-site support for events, ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and post-event reviews.
• Handle administrative and secretariat tasks such as meeting arrangements, documentation, RSVP collation, ticketing, and guest management.
• Assist in sponsorship and partnership coordination, including appreciation activities and relationship management.

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in Event Management/ Art Management or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in art or cultural event would be advantageous.
