Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer/SRE in Singapore to join a Government-facing team. You will operate large-scale production systems, build automation, and lead incident management efforts to ensure service reliability.

You will design monitoring, runbooks, and playbooks while collaborating with software and infrastructure teams to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency. Strong communication and Agile delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology operations as an Infrastructure Engineer or SRE.
• Experience operating large-scale production systems.
• Expertise in automated monitoring and incident detection systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and scripting languages.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile development and rapid delivery practices.
• Knowledge of highly available, scalable IT infrastructure and containers/virtualization.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Build SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and post-mortem processes.
• On-call reliability and incident response for critical GovTech services.
• Analyze OS and application metrics for capacity planning and fault isolation.
• Develop automation for services, infrastructure, and applications.
• Improve reliability via proactive monitoring and proactive fixes.
• Measure and optimize system performance with ongoing improvements.
• Develop SRE playbooks for government-wide use.
• Identify emerging technologies relevant to government innovation.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with software and infra engineers.
