Job description

1.1 Assist the team with day-to-day operations of RISPACS, NGEMR systems, and Diagnostic Imaging equipment for users.
1.2 Perform image amendment requests.
1.3 Conduct daily administration of PACS application and RIS modules, maintaining system and data integrity.
1.4 Be rostered to provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
1.5 Communicate system issues identified by users to vendors or relevant parties.
1.6 Respond promptly to system-related issues and escalate when necessary.

2. Assist the department with import and export of radiology images from private imaging centers and/or to patients.
3. Assist in image or data extraction and de-identification of images according to hospital policies.
4. Collaborate with hospital departments, vendors, and end-user groups to coordinate change requests for radiology systems.
5. Participate in project management, including system migration and implementation phases, covering requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
6. Opportunity to be part of a new initiative to integrate AI into current operations.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by the Imaging Informatics Manager or Head of Department.
