Job summary

A leading company in healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment for polyclinics. The successful candidate will utilize recruitment channels, coordinate onboarding processes, and provide administrative support in HR. We're looking for a proactive individual with a Bachelor's degree in business and relevant HR experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in large organizations or healthcare.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

[Gov Healthcare] Talent Acquisition Executive (TA/ Recruitment) [Must have Min 2 Yrs of TA Exp!] Up to 5K #HJC

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of current and new polyclinics.
  • Coordinate with HR Shared Services on end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and resignations.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including:
    • Work with vendors to facilitate access and uniform allocation for new hires.
    • Process monthly allowances for employees on pre-service sponsorship programs.
    • Arrange pre-employment medical examinations and manage interns' allowances.
    • Submit funding claims to MOH promptly.
    • Maintain and update training and vaccination records.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings and employee engagement sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably in human resources.
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in large organizations or healthcare is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within assigned scope.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
