[Gov Healthcare!] Senior / Executive, HR Business Partner - Up to 5.2K @ Central #HJC

Location: Singapore | Posted: May 05, 2025

You will be part of the HR team that drives and implements human resource strategies and initiatives. You will take a proactive and consultative approach in partnering with our business units in managing the employee lifecycle, from attraction to offboarding.

You will provide first-line advisory on people matters, work closely with Heads of Departments to develop and implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet department needs, talent acquisition and management, and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

You will also ensure that all HR practices are aligned with the Hospital's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business partnering, talent acquisition, or related fields
  • Familiar with Singapore's Employment Act and TAFEP’s Fair Employment Practices
  • Resilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Team player and self-starter, capable of engaging and connecting with people at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competencies in understanding workforce issues, partnering with senior management to design solutions, analyzing HR data for insights on trends, and talent management are advantageous but not essential
