Job Description:

Biomedical Engineering Asst

• Performing and completing scheduled preventive maintenance jobs for biomedical and scientific equipment by following manufacturer's instructions and checklist.

• Troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns jobs for biomedical and scientific equipment by following manufacturer's instructions.

• Troubleshooting and assisting user department on NGEMR related issues for biomedical and scientific equipment.

• Ordering and expediting parts orders for breakdowns jobs.

• Ensuring scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdowns jobs for biomedical and scientific equipment are completed within KPI or reasonable timeframe with justification provided.

• Liaising with user department, biomedical and scientific equipment vendors ensuring impact to user’s operations are minimized.

• Assisting user department on their biomedical and scientific equipment inventory.

• Attending technical training on biomedical and scientific equipment arranged by Training Coordinator.

• Understand IT, Cybersecurity and EMR Integration related matters for biomedical and scientific equipment.

Facility Engineering Asst

• Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance works are carried out accordingly to prescribed checklist and schedule

• Assign and lead Technician to compliant promptly and troubleshoot and rectify within the required KPI

• Feedback of major works to Engineer

• To ensure work carry out safety and accordance with safety procedure

• Handle project works as task

• Any other task as and when required by Engineer / Management
