Recruitment

• Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability.
• Coordinate/ facilitate the interview process on the day of interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Send reject email to unsuccessful candidates.

Wellness

• Provide support to the wellness activities e.g. distribution of goody packs.

HR Operations - Filing

• Create P files for new joiners.
• File all hardcopy documents into respective p-files or storage areas.
• Archive documents for resignees.

Requirement:

• Diploma in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong initiative to learn and contribute to our HR operations.
• Keen to have some exposure in government settings.
