A leading recruitment agency is looking for an Admin Associate in Singapore for a 1-year contract. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks including report generation, design of marketing collaterals, and event management. Ideal candidates have 2 years of experience in Marketing or Communications and possess strong communication skills.
The Communications and Development team showcases the work of the Centre and fosters its academic medicine aspirations through strategic communications and development.
Key responsibilities:
a) Assist in administrative tasks such, generating reports, managing required documentation, and arranging meetings.
b) Assist in design: Creating, managing and distributing of collaterals such as posters, banners and patient education brochures.
c) Assist in managing corporate gifts, including inventory control, sourcing and distribution.
d) Uploading of information and assets onto digital platforms (internal and external).
e) Assist with events and the necessary work required to plan, organise and run the events.
f) Assist with prospecting for sponsorships and donations and managing fund-raising tasks.
g) Assist in other ad hoc tasks as required (e.g. liaising and working with external vendors).
Job requirements
• 2 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service or Communications
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Photoshop or InDesign skills
• Knowledge of basic video editing skills would be beneficial
• Familiar with social media platforms and the various applications
• Meticulous to details, resourceful and self-motivated
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Prior event management, and fund-raising experience would be advantageous
