Job summary

KING BRAND FOOD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a friendly Retail Associate to be stationed at Vivocity, HarbourFront. You will assist customers with enquiries and promote sauces, condiments and food products while providing warm service.

Responsibilities include product sampling, stock replenishment, displaying items neatly, handling transactions, and ensuring store cleanliness. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and you will work six days per week on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist customers with product enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable sauces, condiments and food products.
• Introduce product features, usage and promotions to customers.
• Prepare and assist with food sampling activities, including basic food preparation and serving samples to customers.
• Arrange product displays, replenish stocks and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organised.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and product presentation.
• Handle sales transactions and provide friendly customer service.
• Assist with daily store operations and other related duties as assigned.
