Responsibilities

• Dispense and weigh wet ingredients accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide useful cooking tips for our products.
• Carry bulky and heavy goods safely to customers’ vehicles.
• Report shortages of goods and customer feedback to the Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation/shop area.
• Order goods from suppliers to ensure stock availability.
• Handle phone orders and prepare goods for customer self-collection.
• Operate the cashier to process customer payments accurately.
• Load, unload, stack, and display goods effectively.
• Assist to conduct cooking demo for sales promotion.

• Carry bulky and heavy goods safely to customers’ vehicles
• Report shortages of goods, customer feedback, competitor actions, and pricing updates to the Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation/ shop area and uphold good personal hygiene standards
• Order goods from suppliers to ensure stock availability
• Handle phone orders and prepare goods for customer self-collection at the outlet
• Operate the cashier to process customer payments accurately
• Load, unload, stack, and display goods effectively to support sales
• Assist to conduct cooking demo for sales promotion and marketing
• Any other tasks as required or instructed by superiors
